Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy sets forth the terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of products sold by BREAKBEAT LAB

Article 1 (Delivery of Products)

Upon confirmation of a product purchase, the Company shall ship the purchased product(s) to the location designated by the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Delivery Address").

The Company may entrust the shipping described in the preceding paragraph to a third-party shipping carrier or delivery service provider (hereinafter referred to as the "Carrier").

Article 2 (Delivery Timeline and Schedule)

The Company shall initiate the shipment of products to the Delivery Address promptly after the order is confirmed. However, delivery times may vary depending on the Company's operational status, workload, weather conditions, traffic conditions, and the region of the Delivery Address.

The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the customer due to delivery delays resulting from any of the following causes, nor shall the Company be obligated to refund or reduce product prices or shipping fees:
(1) Unforeseen severe traffic disruptions;
(2) Natural disasters including earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, storms, landslides, or act of God;
(3) Suspension of business, strikes, or service disruptions involving Carriers or public transportation systems.

Article 3 (Shipping Rates)

Domestic (Japan):

Nationwide flat rate: 990 JPY

Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands: 1,980 JPY

Free domestic shipping on orders of 15,000 JPY (tax included) or more.

International Shipping: Included in the product price.

Article 4 (Unsuccessful Deliveries)

If the delivery of a product cannot be completed due to any of the following reasons, the Company may retrieve the product, charge the customer for all expenses incurred in the retrieval process (including fees paid to the Carrier), and cancel the sales contract for the product at its sole discretion:
(1) The customer is absent at the time of delivery and fails to request redelivery within the Carrier's retention period;
(2) The product cannot be delivered due to errors or inaccuracies in the provided Delivery Address information;
(3) The customer or recipient refuses to accept delivery at the Delivery Address.

In the event described in the preceding paragraph, if the Company incurs any damages, the Company shall be entitled to claim compensation for such damages (including reasonable attorney's fees) from the customer.

Article 5 (Delays and Damages Caused by the Carrier)

The Company shall not be held liable for any delivery delays, loss, or damage to products attributable to the fault or negligence of the Carrier.

If any dispute or issue arises between the customer and the Carrier, the customer shall resolve such dispute at their own responsibility and expense. The Company shall have no obligation to intervene or participate in such disputes.

Article 6 (Inquiries Regarding Delivery)
In cases where delivery is entrusted to a Carrier, please direct any inquiries regarding shipment tracking or delivery status directly to the Carrier.

Article 7 (Relationship with the Terms of Service)

This Shipping Policy forms an integral part of our Terms of Service. Any matters not provided for herein shall be governed by the Terms of Service.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Policy and the Terms of Service, the provisions of this Policy shall prevail.
