Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations for Customer Convenience
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations requested for customer convenience (such as change of mind, incorrect sizing, or ordering errors).

Returns and Exchanges for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, or if an incorrect item was delivered, we will accept a return or exchange the product for a non-defective item. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. In such cases, our shop will cover all costs, including return shipping fees, reshipment expenses, and any bank transfer fees required for refunds.

  • You must contact our shop within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • The product must be unused and returned with all original tags, accessories, and packaging intact.

Please note that we cannot accept returned items sent back without prior notice. Be sure to contact us before returning any item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Digital products or digital content

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Sale items and gift cards

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the completion of the return process. If your refund is approved, a full refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Any bank transaction or transfer fees incurred during the refund process will be covered by our shop.) Please note that it may take additional time for your credit card company or bank to process and post the refund.

Deliveries to the European Union (EU) (Applicable only if shipped to the EU)
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, pursuant to applicable regulations. However, the item must be in the same condition as when received—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
