Domestic Shipping
When will my order arrive?
In-stock items will be produced and shipped within 5 business days. For made-to-order items, delivery times will be as stated on each product page. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with the details.
How much is the shipping?
・Domestic delivery (Honshu, etc.): 990 yen (tax included)
・Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands: 1,980 yen (tax included).
If the purchase amount exceeds 15,000 yen (tax included), our shop will cover the shipping cost.
Can I specify the delivery date/time or shipping carrier?
Please note that we cannot accommodate specific delivery dates or times, nor can we accept requests for specific delivery companies.
How much is the shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the items ordered. You can always check the shipping costs before making a purchase.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently only support 32 countries: USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Portugal, Greece, Czech Republic, and Poland. For orders from regions or countries not listed, please contact us via the inquiry form for individual arrangements. (As of June 2026)
How do you ship internationally?
All shipments will be sent via EMS (Express Mail Service). We will provide you with a tracking number once the shipment is complete.
Are customs duties incurred?
All import duties and local taxes incurred at the time of purchase are the responsibility of the customer (recipient).
How much is the shipping?
International prices include shipping fees. Therefore, no shipping fee will be charged.
Canceling / Returning / Exchanging Orders
Is it possible to cancel an order I've placed?
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. However, we will accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of product arrival only in the following cases:
・Initial product defect
・Initial malfunction
・If the product differs from the one ordered*When returning a product, please ensure all accessories such as the box, manual, and warranty are included.
Are data products and online deliverables returnable?
Please note that data products and online deliverables are non-returnable due to their nature. Thank you for your understanding.
About the cooling-off system
Please note that products purchased through mail order are not subject to the cooling-off period stipulated by the Specified Commercial Transactions Act.
Refusal to accept delivery, long-term absence, and incorrect address
If the item is returned due to refusal to accept, prolonged absence, an incomplete address, etc., the refund will be issued after deducting the round-trip shipping fees.
